John was born in Decatur, Indiana, 1955; admitted to bar in 1983, Michigan; 1984 U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan; 1987 U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan; 1989 U.S. Supreme Court.
Education:
John completed undergraduate school at the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1977). He then went on to Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 1983). He was a National Moot Court Merit Award Recipient.
