Patrick was born in Flint, Michigan, 1957. He was admitted to bar, 1985, Michigan.
Education:
Patrick finished his undergraduate education at Central Michigan University (B.S., 1980). He then went on to Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D. Cum Laude, 1985), Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. He was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Procedure, Research and Writing and Bankruptcy.

Michigan State Bar Association, Genesee County Bar Association , Past Vice-President of the Flushing Jaycees; a charter member of the Flushing Rotary (Past President), Board Member of the Flushing Foundation, Board Member of St. Luke’s North End Women’s Life Center.
